With the understanding that fitness activities are not merely a three-times-a-week routine but rather a daily lifestyle, we have opened the first of our fitness centers in the city. When we asked ourselves whether we could offer something different from what other fitness studios provide, we found the answer: a skilled team of trainers!
You’ll be participating in small group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements.
We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick ass workout too.
Learn to safely perform the CrossFit movements with Six 1-0n-1 sessions.
Upon completion of the fundamentals course, receive 2 FREE Weeks of unlimited classes.
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Diet: Lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.
Metabolic Conditioning: Builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Gymnastics: Establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
Weightlifting and Throwing: Develops the ability to control external objects and produce power.
Sport: Applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.
What does it take? It takes a passionate, knowledgeable trainer to show you what to do, and keep you on the right track.
But that’s not all we offer, You’ll love both our supportive, fun community, and our exciting, quick and new workout routines ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see.
A 45 Minute Session designed to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest amount of time, while building strength and endurance. We designed this program for the person who desires to be fit but lives a very busy life. You come in… hit the workout… and run off to your busy day, feeling good about taking care of yourself first!
Since our fitness center first opened its doors, there has been a common perception that fitness is more of a feminine activity than a masculine one. However, nothing could be further from the truth! In the last 10 years, the ratio of male to female attendees at our fitness center has skyrocketed from 10:90 to 35:65. This means that one-third of our club’s attendees are men who love staying in shape through fitness!
I've always been interested in fitness. Growing up I played multiple sports and would spend time in the gym very often. I always considered myself to be fit but when I joined the fire department I realized that there was a different kind of fitness that I was almost spending no time at all training on and that was "Functional Fitness." CrossFit is ALL THAT and more! CrossFit has showed me a level of fitness that I have never encountered before, getting me both stronger and faster than I have been before and improving my performance not only in the gym but on the fire ground as well which was of course more important to me. I've experience the impact that CrossFit has had in my life and I want to show everyone who walks through our doors how it can have the same impact in their lives no matter what the level of fitness is.
